Area A: The Residential District. Completely free. And your vehicle will be in good company. Be sure to wave when you pass the Bentley and Rolls Royce parked beside you. I kid you not. It's not cheap to buy a place over there.
Area B: MacArthur Mall Parking Garage. On weekends after 6pm, $2.00. Not bad.
Area C: The Freemason Parking Garage. The parking garage to my building. Access to party: Undeniably easy. Take elevator to bottom floor. Walk to apartment door. Knock. Enter. End of story. Price: On Halloween, I'd guess $5.00.
